Hupay is a wellness app you run on your own device. It is not a medical device, and there is no account, no server, and no subscription you cannot cancel from your own phone.

Installing or using Hupay means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, delete the app — there is no account to close and nothing held elsewhere. Apple's App Store Terms of Service also apply to anything you download or buy through the App Store.
Hupay reads signals you already record in Apple Health and turns them into daily scores, each shown with the evidence behind it and the baseline it was measured against. Every score is an estimate derived from your own history. Accuracy depends on the data your devices capture, how consistently you wear them, and how much of your own baseline the app has been able to build.
Hupay is a wellness and self-awareness app. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not intended to monitor one.
Do not use Hupay in place of professional medical advice, and do not delay seeking that advice because of something the app showed you. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Hupay on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The app, its scoring method, its name and its artwork stay the property of the developer. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or strip out any part of it, except where the law says you may regardless of this clause.
Hupay is not directed at children under 13 and is not intended for their use. If your country sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these on your own, you need to meet that age instead.
Your health data stays on your device. Because there is no server copy, keeping it safe also depends on you: your device passcode, your backups and, if you switch it on, your own iCloud account. Settings offers a full export and a delete-all whenever you want either.
Hupay's core scores are free. Pro unlocks additional history and detail, and is sold through the App Store. Apple takes the payment, shows the price and terms before you confirm, and manages the purchase from then on.
If Pro is sold as a subscription it renews automatically until you cancel, and you cancel in your Apple account settings — cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by the developer. Prices and what Pro includes can change for future purchases; a change never alters a period you have already paid for.
Use Hupay lawfully and for yourself. Do not try to break, bypass or tamper with the app or its purchase checks, do not use it to give anyone else medical guidance, and do not present its output as a clinical assessment.
Hupay is under active development. Features can change, and the scoring method is refined as it is tested against real weeks of data, which means a score may be calculated differently after an update. These terms can change too; the updated date above changes with them, and continuing to use the app after a material change means you accept the new version.
Hupay is provided as it is. It is not warranted to be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate for any particular purpose, and it depends on hardware, sensors and operating system services outside the developer's control.
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for decisions you make based on what the app shows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights stand whatever this section says.
You end it by deleting the app, which removes its local data with it. The licence in these terms ends if you breach them materially. Sections 03, 04 and 10 survive the end of this agreement.
Your use of Hupay is also governed by the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and describes exactly what the app reads and what it does with it. All your health data is stored locally on your device.
