Hupay is a small independent app in TestFlight. Mail reaches the developer directly, and beta reports are read the same week they arrive.
Typical reply within two working days. For a scoring question, say which score and which day — that is usually enough to reproduce it.
Open the score and read its readiness label. A young baseline produces conservative numbers until enough of your own days are stored.
Days without enough wear time stay empty on purpose. Hupay never interpolates a day it did not observe.
Open the iPhone app once to refresh the cached snapshot. Complications past expiry mark themselves rather than hiding it.
Request an invite from the home page. Places are released in batches so feedback stays manageable.
Settings offers a full export of everything Hupay holds, and a delete-all beside it. There is no server copy to request.
Check Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Hupay and confirm the required categories are on. Heart rate, HRV and sleep are what the scores rest on.
Yes, with activity-based scores at lower confidence. Overnight HRV and sleep are what a watch adds, and they matter most to recovery and stress.
Cardio load history, per-workout intensity minutes and extended trend ranges — switched on for testers for the duration of the beta.
